KKL Analytics


This analytics application is built upon data generated or added by two of our client's operational apps: KKL Asset Management and KKL Workshop. The app provides users with a variety of informative charts and summaries, including Machinery Utilization, Project Overviews, Daily Machine Movement, and Operator Work Overview. It also offers Report Generation capabilities, including monthly summaries of machinery movement and vehicle repairs. Additionally, it features user management functionalities to accommodate a large user base of over 800 individuals.


  • Enhanced Operational Efficiency: By providing centralized access to analytics and automating manual processes, we've achieved a 300% increase in productivity. Customized reports that previously took 3-4 days to make can now be produced in just 1 minute.
  • Streamlined Decision-Making: Management can now easily monitor operations by glancing at intuitive charts, significantly reducing time spent on data analysis and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Improved Security Measures: The addition of user management features, including role-based access control, has bolstered security measures, ensuring that sensitive business data remains protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.

We kicked off by closely collaborating with the client to identify their data requirements upfront. Gathering raw data from various sources, including cloud platforms and SAP, we meticulously processed and connected datasets to meet these needs. This involved streamlining data synchronization with cloud services for enhanced efficiency.

As the user base for all KKL apps continued to grow, we implemented user management functionalities. This aids administrators in effortlessly managing over 800 users by organizing them into departments and roles. To ensure data security, we implemented flags and roles to restrict user access appropriately.

One of the most impactful features of this app is the report generation functionality. Previously, staff would spend 3-4 days manually compiling specific Excel reports due to the laborious process of gathering and organizing data. However, we've successfully addressed this challenge by optimizing the process. Leveraging TabularData and Cloudmersive, we efficiently clump the required data and generate reports in either Excel or PDF format. Now, users can effortlessly access the exact reports they need in just 1 minute, a task that previously consumed days, and they can do so at any time during the week.
