A unified application designed for WKS, offering seamless integration of sales job creation, order management, tracking, customer delivery, and messaging capabilities within a single platform.

Recognizing the inefficiencies within the client's segmented workflow, we conducted a thorough analysis of their existing processes. It became evident that each department operated within its communication silo, leading to disjointed operations despite the interconnected nature of their tasks. To address this challenge, we envisioned an integrated solution aimed at consolidating these fragmented workflows. Our app covers a wide spectrum of functionalities, ranging from sales order creation to order progress tracking. Moreover, we introduced a dedicated messaging platform within the app, enabling clear communication for each job or record, eliminating the need for users to navigate through multiple applications.

The app provides numerous forms for users, all redesigned from paper-based formats to enhance on-screen intuitiveness. As usual I use Swift for the app and AWS for the backend, I took alot of inspiration from Telegram for the design of our chat messaging feature. It was a rewarding experience, and the Android team and I learned a lot along the way. Our data storage was powered by DynamoDB and S3, with SNS handling our notification needs.
