Overview:

An end to end software suite for CEAsia that consolidates the entire operational workflow into a unified platform. This end-to-end solution encompasses sales management, quotation generation, worker coordination, fleet tracking, and seamless communication - all within a single, intuitive interface.

Impact:

Journey:

Building on the success of the WongFong Service Center project, the CEAsia Operations Suite took the concept of operational digitization to the next level. The challenge was ambitious: create a comprehensive platform that could handle every aspect of CEAsia's complex operations while maintaining the simplicity and efficiency that made the previous project successful.

CEASia Fleet Tracking

The development process began with extensive stakeholder interviews across all departments - from sales teams struggling with quotation management to field workers dealing with scattered communication channels. We identified that the root cause of operational inefficiency wasn't just paperwork, but the constant context switching between different tools and platforms. Our solution was to create distinct but interconnected modules for each operational area while maintaining a consistent user experience. The sales team could generate quotations that automatically flow into job orders, which then trigger worker assignments and fleet deployments - all tracked in real-time.

One of the most innovative aspects was the integration with Teltonika IoT devices through AWS MQTT. This real-time connection means that fleet managers can monitor machinery status, track locations, and analyze running hours without ever leaving the app. The data flows seamlessly into job costing and maintenance scheduling, creating a truly connected operational ecosystem. The newly developed chat system Chatty proved to be a game-changer. Instead of creating endless WhatsApp groups that quickly became disorganized, each job automatically generates both internal team chats and external customer communication channels. This ensures that every conversation is properly contextualized and archived for future reference.
